THE STRUCTURE JOINING STEPS, STAIRS COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a step combination structure and prefabricated stairs including the same and, more specifically, to a step combination structure and prefabricated stairs which are easy to install and adjust and stably maintain and support a vertical load. To achieve this, the step combination structure comprises: multiple steps which are arranged in a vertical direction at regular intervals; a first fixed stand which is fixated and combined to one lower end of the step; a second fixed stand which is fixated and combined to one upper end of the step; a structure which is located in a space between the bottom of one step and the top of another step adjacent to the said step and simultaneously connects and supports the steps arranged in the vertical direction; a connector located at the upper and lower tips of the structure to prevent an escape of the structure and to maintain a constant vertical load to the step and the structure; and a bolt for vertically passing through the step, the connector, and the structure to fixate and combine the step, the connector, and the structure to each other.
본 발명은 스텝 결합 구조체 및 이를 포함하는 조립식 계단에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 수직 방향으로 일정 거리만큼 이격되어 배치된 다수개의 스텝; 상기 스텝의 일측 하단에 고정 결합되는 제1 고정대; 상기 스텝의 일측 상단에 고정 결합되는 제2 고정대; 하나의 스텝 하단부와 이에 인접하는 다른 스텝 상단부 사이의 이격된 공간에 위치하며, 수직 방향으로 배치된 스텝을 연결하는 동시에 지지하는 스트럭쳐; 상기 스트럭쳐의 상부 및 하부 끝단에 위치하여 상기 스트럭쳐의 이탈을 방지하고 상기 스텝 및 스트럭쳐에 가해지는 수직 하중을 일정하게 유지시키는 커넥터; 상기 스텝, 커넥터 및 스트럭쳐의 내부를 수직 방향으로 관통하며 상기 스텝, 커넥터 및 스트럭쳐를 고정 결합시키는 결합 볼트; 를 포함하여 이루어져, 스텝 결합 구조체 및 조립식 계단의 설치 및 조절을 용이하게 함과 동시에 수직 하중을 보다 안정적으로 유지하고 지지할 수 있는 스텝 결합 구조체 및 이를 포함하는 조립식 계단에 관한 것이다.
