WIDE SLEEPER FOR DIRECT FASTENED TRACK ON ASPHALT ROADBED, AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD FOR THE SAME
The present invention is to provide a wide sleeper for an asphalt roadbed direct fastened track and a constructing method thereof capable of minimizing the generation stress of an asphalt roadbed by a train load by forming a wide sleeper having a wide lower side than a general sleeper as an asphalt exclusive sleeper for an asphalt roadbed direct fastened track, minimizing the thickness of an asphalt roadbed accordingly, reducing plastic deformation of the asphalt roadbed by lowering the stress generation level, securing the safety and train driving efficiency of a rail by effectively controlling the horizontal force generated in longitudinal and lateral directions after installing a shear strengthening device which is a circular concrete block of high strength concrete on the center of the sleeper, partially correcting a construction error in the asphalt roadbed construction by attaching Geotextile on the lower side of both wide units of the wide sleeper in advance when the wide sleeper is formed and manufacturing the wide sleeper, preventing destruction by stress concentration in advance by evenly transferring the train load to the asphalt roadbed, improving friction resistance between the lower side of the wide sleeper and the asphalt roadbed, and controlling the horizontal force acting on the longitudinal and lateral directions.
아스팔트 노반상의 직결궤도용 아스팔트 전용 침목으로서 침목 하면의 폭이 일반 침목보다 넓은 광폭타입의 침목을 형성함으로써 열차하중에 의한 아스팔트 노반의 발생응력을 최소화하고, 이에 따라 아스팔트 노반의 두께를 최소화할 수 있고, 응력 발생 수준을 낮추어 아스팔트 노반의 소성 변형을 감소시킬 수 있고, 또한, 고강도 콘크리트의 원형 콘크리트 블록인 전단보강장치를 침목 중앙부에 설치함으로써 종방향 및 횡방향으로 발생되는 수평력을 효과적으로 제어하여 레일의 안전성 및 열차주행성을 확보할 수 있고, 또한, 광폭침목 형성시 광폭침목의 양단 광폭부의 저면에 부직포(Geotextile)를 미리 부착하여 제작함으로써 아스팔트 노반 시공시의 시공오차를 일부 보정할 수 있고, 열차하중을 아스팔트 노반에 균등하게 전달하여 응력집중에 따른 파괴를 미연에 방지하고, 광폭침목의 하면과 아스팔트 노반 사이의 마찰 저항성을 향상시켜 횡방향 및 종방향으로 작용하는 수평력을 제어할 수 있는, 아스팔트 노반상 직결궤도용 광폭침목 및 그 시공 방법이 제공된다.
