A watertight waterproof sheet of the present invention has a fixing unit where a fixing member for not exposing fixing members of nails, industrial staples, a hammer or the like to outside when constructing roof which installs a plywood or the like on a support plate is placed and a fastening unit including a cover unit. It can stop a gap from the fixing member and ensure tightness, and have lighter and a high water-tightness than the conventional waterproof sheets by using a porous film.
본 발명에 의한 수밀성 방수시트는 지붕 공사 시 합판 등의 지지판 위에 설치할 때 못, 공업용 스테이플러, 해머타카 등의 고정 부재가 외부에 노출되지 않도록 고정 부재가 위치하는 곳에 고정부와 덮개부를 포함하는 체결부를 만들어 고정 부재로 인한 틈새를 막을 수 있어 수밀성을 보장할 수 있으며, 다공성필름을 사용하여 종래 사용되었던 방수시트보다 훨씬 가벼우면서도 우수한 수밀성을 갖을 수 있다.
