본 발명은 친환경 수직 및 수평보호망에 대한 것으로서 위험물의 낙하를 안정적으로 지지함은 물론 섬유사를 방사과정에서 친환경 방염제에 의해 방염 처리함으로써 불에 쉽게 타지 않고, 방염제를 친환경 소재로 조성함에 따라 유해물질이 발생하지 않는 효과가 있다.
