PARKING APPARATUS AND PARKING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a parking apparatus for housing and a parking system using the parking apparatus. More specifically, the parking apparatus for housing includes: a base panel arranged on a bottom of a parking space; a parking frame installed on an upper part of the base panel to be hinged and rotated, in which a vehicle is parked; a rotating unit rotating the parking frame; and a controlling unit controlling the rotating unit. The parking frame includes: a pair of support frames; a connection unit connecting the support frames and formed of at least one connection rod supporting the vehicle; a stopper unit installed on an upper part of the connection unit; a guide rod formed by connecting the support frames and having a protrusion unit protruding outward and a gear unit formed in the protruding unit; and a guide unit having a bearing to which the protrusion unit is fastened. Therefore, the parking apparatus for housing and the parking system using the parking apparatus can prevent other vehicles from parking when a designated vehicle goes out and can make other vehicles park for paid hours, thereby allowing an increase in profits.
본 발명은 주택용 주차장치 및 그 주차장치를 이용한 주차시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 주차공간의 바닥에 배치되는 베이스 패널과, 상기 베이스 패널에 상부에 힌지회동되게 설치되고, 차량이 주차되는 주차프레임과, 상기 주차프레임을 회전시키는 회동부와, 상기 회동부를 제어하는 제어부로 이루어지며, 상기 주차프레임은 한쌍의 지지프레임과, 상기 지지프레임을 연결함과 아울러 차량을 지지하는 적어도 하나이상의 연결봉으로 이루어진 연결부와, 상기 연결부의 상부에 설치되는 스토퍼부와, 상기 지지프레임을 연결하며 형성되고, 외측으로 돌출되게 돌출부가 형성되며, 상기 돌출부에는 기어부가 형성된 안내봉과, 상기 돌출부가 체결되는 베어링이 마련된 안내부로 이루어져, 지정된 차량이 출차시 다른 차량이 주차하는 것을 방지하게 됨과 아울러 일정금액을 수납받고 수납된 금액만큼의 시간동안 다른 차량을 주차시킬 수 있게 되어 수익의 발생이 가능하게 되는 효과가 있다.
