The present invention discloses an apparatus to mount a safety handrail pole capable of more conveniently mount the handrail pole installed in an outer surface of a ship block or a civil engineering/architecture to prevent workers from falling off from high working position spots when building a ship in a shipyard, applying a coat of paint to an external wall of the built ship, or when performing all kinds of jobs related to civil engineering/architecture and the like, and strongly and stably supporting the mounted handrail pole; thereby greatly improving mounting workability. The apparatus to mount the safety handrail pole in the present invention comprises: several pillars of which a lower end is strongly coupled to an outer end part of a structure such as a ship block by coupling members installed to stand in a vertical direction at regular intervals in the coupled state; holders welded and fixated to face each other at the same height of the two pillars standing to face each other, formed to have a box shape of which an upper surface is opened where the inside is empty, and having a hanging groove where an upper part is opened and a lower part is closed, formed on a longitudinal center line of the front part thereof; several handrail pole mounting tubes formed in a short pipe shape such that an end part of the safety handrail pole is inserted in a horizontal direction along the longitudinal center line; and a hanging piece inserted into a rear end of the handrail pole mounting tube to be screw-coupled or welded and fixated in the inserted state, and inserted through the opened upper surface on the holder and then moved downwards along the hanging groove of the front part, wherein opposite ends thereof are hung in an inner part of the opposite sides of the hanging groove in the inserted and moved state.
본 발명에서는 조선소에서의 선박건조(船舶建造) 작업이나 건조된 선체(船體)의 외벽에 대한 도료의 도포작업시 또는 각종 토목·건축 등의 고소(高所) 작업현장에서 작업자의 추락을 방지하기 위하여 선박 블록이나 토목·건축물의 외측면에 설치되는 안전 난간대를 보다 간편하게 장착할 수 있도록 하고, 장착된 안전 난간대가 견고하면서도 안정적으로 지지될 수 있도록 하는 한편, 안전 난간대의 장착작업성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 새로운 안전 난간대 장착장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 하단부가 체결부재에 의하여 선체블럭 같은 구조물의 외측단에 견고하게 체결된 상태에서 일정 간격마다 수직 상방으로 세워져 설치되는 다수개의 기둥과; 서로 마주보고 세워진 상기 두 기둥의 동일한 높이에서 서로 대향되게 용접·고정되게 설치되며, 상부면이 개방되고 내부가 비어 있는 상자형상으로 이루어지고, 전면부의 종방향 중심선상에는 윗부분이 개구되고 아랫쪽은 막혀 있는 걸림홈이 형성된 홀더와; 길이방향 중심선을 따라 안전 난간대의 끝부분이 수평방향으로 삽입되도록 짧은 파이프형상으로 이루어지는 다수개의 난간대 장착관과; 상기 난간대 장착관의 후단에 끼워진 상태에서 나사결합되거나 용접·고정되며, 상기 홀더상의 개방된 상부면을 통하여 끼워진 후 전면부의 걸림홈을 따라 아랫쪽으로 이동된 상태에서 좌우 양쪽 끝부분이 상기 걸림홈의 양쪽 가장자리 내측에 걸리도록 하는 걸림편을 포함하여 구성된다.
