SAFETY COVER FOR REBAR
The present invention provides a safety cover for a rebar, comprising a cover body inserted into an upper end of the rebar, wherein the cover body includes a plate-shaped upper plate part configured to cover the rebar and a lateral part is installed to be extended downwards from both lateral sides of the upper plate part. A plurality of rebars are disposed between the lower sides of the upper plate part in a lateral direction. The ends of at least one rebar come in contact with a lower surface of the upper plate part. The safety cover for the rebar according to the present invention forms a predetermined plane which covers a front surface of an upper part of the rebar to significantly prevent workers from getting hurt from a fall. The safety cover is easy to collect when compared with a conventional cap type safety apparatus as the safety cover is too large to fall down to the inside of a mold.
본 발명은 철근의 상단이 삽입되는 커버본체로 이루어지며; 상기 커버본체는 철근을 덮도록 구비되는 판상의 상판부와, 상기 상판부의 폭방향 양측에서 하향 연장되어 구비된 측방부로 이루어져, 복수의 철근이 상판부의 하부에서 폭방향으로 측방부 사이에 위치하고 하나 이상의 철근의 단부는 상판부 하면에 접하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근용 안전커버를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르는 철근용 안전커버는 철근의 상부 전면을 커버하는 일종의 평면을 형성하여 작업자가 낙상시 입는 피해를 대폭 줄이며, 안전커버의 물리적인 크기로 인하여 거푸집 내부로 떨어질 확률이 적음으로 기존 캡방식의 안전장치보다 회수가 용이한 효과가 있다.
