HYDRAULIC BREAKER HAVING HOUSING FOR VALVE GUIDE
The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker having a housing for a valve guide and, more specifically, to a hydraulic breaker which is formed by connecting a back head, a cylinder, and a front head to each other and forming a piston rod on the inside thereof. A hydraulic valve structure, which controls the movement of a piston by supplying hydraulic pressure to the cylinder or stopping the supply of hydraulic pressure, is installed in the inner space of a valve box coupled to the outer side of the cylinder. According to the present invention, the hydraulic breaker eliminates a defective rate caused by thermal distortion and deformation by additionally forming a valve box which is used to guide a valve structure.
본 발명은 밸브가이드용 하우징이 구비된 유압 브레이커에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 백헤드와 실린더 및 프런트헤드가 연결되는 구성으로 그 내측에 피스톤과 로드가 구비되는 유압 브레이커에 있어서, 상기 실린더측으로 유압을 공급 및 공급중단하여 피스톤의 운동을 제어하는 유압식 밸브구조체가 상기 실린더 외측에 결합되는 밸브박스 내부공간에 설치된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 밸브구조체의 가이드 역할을 하는 밸브박스를 별도로 구성하여 열에 의한 뒤틀림 및 열변형 발생에 따른 불량율을 제거시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 밸브가이드용 하우징이 구비된 유압 브레이커에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 백헤드와 실린더 및 프런트헤드가 연결되는 구성으로 그 내측에 피스톤과 로드가 구비되는 유압 브레이커에 있어서, 상기 실린더측으로 유압을 공급 및 공급중단하여 피스톤의 운동을 제어하는 유압식 밸브구조체가 상기 실린더 외측에 결합되는 밸브박스 내부공간에 설치된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 밸브구조체의 가이드 역할을 하는 밸브박스를 별도로 구성하여 열에 의한 뒤틀림 및 열변형 발생에 따른 불량율을 제거시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
