ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES AND ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDED ENCLOSURE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to an electric wave and electromagnetic wave (electromagnetic pulse : EMP) shielding room structure capable of shielding a signal in a wide range such as an electric wave (1 MHz-10 or more GHz), an electromagnetic wave (1 or more KHz-1 MHz), or the like with respect to a broadband frequency (1 or more KHz-10 or more GHz) area. According to the present invention, in a surface part of both sides of the front part of a door frame forming a shielding room, two first concave inlet parts and second concave inlet parts are formed by a plate material and attached respectively. In each inside a shielding door corresponding to the same, a first fitting protruding piece and a second fitting protruding piece are protruding and formed. In the inside of each of the first concave inlet part and the second concave inlet part, a finger strip is installed to be inserted and fitted to each other. In the bottom surface inside each of the first concave inlet part and the second concave inlet part, a copper net for absorbing low frequency is inserted and fixed. Moreover, between one lateral surface of each of the first fitting protruding piece and the second fitting protruding piece and the inner lateral surface of the shielding door, a net for blocking high frequency is interposed and fixed. In the inside of a flowing piece of a hinge installed in one side of a shielding door and the door frame, a combination screw protrusion part combined with a shielding door is protruding inwards. One lateral part of the flowing piece is formed by welding as being inserted into a fitting concave groove part of a rotation cylindrical part.
본 발명은 전자파 및 전자기파(전자기펄스 : EMP) 차폐실 구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 광대역 주파수(수KHz ~ 수십GHz) 영역에 대한 전자파(1MHz ~ 수십GHz), 전자기파(수KHz ~ 1MHz) 등의 넓은 범위의 신호를 차폐할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 차폐실을 구성하는 문틀의 전면부 양측 표면부에 각각 2개의 제1 요입부 및 제2 요입부를 판재로 성형하여 부착하고, 이에 대응되는 차폐도어의 내측 각각에 제1 끼움돌출편 및 제2 끼움돌출편을 돌출 형성하되, 상기 제1 요입부 및 제2 요입부 각각의 내부에 핑거스트립을 설치하여 상호 끼워 맞추어 지도록 구성하는 것에 있어서, 상기 제1 요입부 및 제2 요입부 각각의 내측 바닥면에 저주파 흡수용 구리망을 끼워 고정시키고, 제1 끼움돌출편 및 제2 끼움돌출편 각각의 일측면과 차폐도어의 내측면 사이에 고주파 차단용 망을 개재시켜 고정시키며, 상기 문틀과 차폐도어의 일측에 설치하는 힌지의 유동편 내측에 차폐도어와 결합하는 결합 나사 돌기부를 내측으로 돌설시켜 구성하고, 상기 유동편의 일측부는 회동 원통부의 끼움 요홈부에 끼워 용접하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
