SOIL RETAINING WALL FOR SHEATHING WORK USING THE SAME SOIL RETAINING WALL CONSTRUCTION METHODE
The present invention relates to a retaining wall for a sheathing work and a retaining wall constructing method using the same and, more specifically, to a retaining wall for a sheathing work and a retaining wall constructing method using the same, capable of preventing a failure of the ground for an excavation work, completely waterproofing, and remarkably reducing a construction period for the retaining wall by forming the retaining wall into a wide concrete wall, guiding the retaining wall by covering an excavation chain for ground excavation around both sides and a lower part of the retaining wall, forming the retaining wall by embedding a grouting hose capable of injecting a grouting solution into the retaining wall, pressing an H-beam into each pile hole after drilling the multiple pile holes on the ground for an excavation work, inserting the retaining wall between the adjoining H-beams by excavating the ground between the adjoining H-beams with the excavation chain covering the retaining wall, separating and taking out the excavation chain, and thereafter filling a gap between the outer side of the retaining wall and the H-beams.
본 발명은 흙막이공사용 흙막이벽체 및 그를 이용한 흙막이벽 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 흙막이벽체를 콘크리트로써 한 장의 넓은 벽체형으로 형성하되, 양측과 하방에 지반굴착용 굴착체인이 "U"자형으로 감싸서 안내되게 하고 흙막이벽체의 내부에는 그라우팅액을 주입할 수 있는 그라우팅호스를 매설하여 흙막이벽체를 구성하고, 터파기를 위한 지반에는 복수개의 파일공을 일정 간격으로 천공한 뒤에 각 파일공에 H빔을 압입하며, 인접한 H빔 사이의 지반을 흙막이벽체를 감싼 굴착체인으로 굴착한 뒤에 굴착체인을 해체 인출하여 인접한 H빔 사이에 흙막이벽체를 삽입되어 있게 하고, 그 다음에는 흙막이벽체의 외측과 H빔 사이의 틈새를 메움으로써, 터파기공사를 위한 지반의 붕괴를 예방함과 아울러 완벽한 차수가 가능하게 하며, 흙막이벽 시공을 위한 공사기간을 대폭 단축시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.
