LEAD-FREE PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition is eco-friendly by not containing lead, and has a structure in which ferroelectric particles are dispersed on a relaxed-type ferroelectric material functioning as a medium, thereby having excellent electric-field-induced deformation rate in a low electric field less than or equal to 4 kV/mm. Moreover, the composition can be useful for a piezoelectric application device in various fields where piezoelectric materials are used.
본 발명은 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물은, 납을 포함하지 않아 환경친화적일 뿐만 아니라, 매질 역할을 수행하는 완화형 강유전체에 강유전체 입자가 분산된 구조를 가짐으로써 4 kV/mm 이하의 낮은 전계 조건에서도 전계유기 변형률이 우수하므로, 압전 소재가 사용되는 다양한 분야의 압전 응용 소자에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition and a production method thereof.
