SLEEPER TIEING APPARATUS AND METHOD REINFORCING TRACK STRUCTURE OF RAILWAY BALLASTED TRACK USING SUCH APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a sleeper coupling device of a ballast bed track and a track structure reinforcing method using the same to distribute a load applied from a railway vehicle through a rail by coupling sleepers installed on the ballast bed track in a railway vehicle driving direction to reinforce and being improved by reducing a load that each sleeper receives to improve the performance of the ballast bed track. The present invention provides a sleeper coupling device of the ballast bed track including a pair of coupling string members (20) coupled to the sleepers (100) by covering the top surfaces and both lateral longitudinal surfaces of each sleeper (100) and an adhering reinforcing beam (10) extended in a longitudinal direction between the coupling string members (20) and having both ends integrally joined to lateral plates (22) of the coupling string members (20); and characterized by being arranged in the longitudinal direction by being coupled to multiple sleepers (100) adjoining in the longitudinal direction. Additionally, the tract structure reinforcing method by installing the sleeper coupling device of the ballast bed track in the sleepers is provided.
본 발명은 자갈도상 위에 설치된 침목들을 열차 주행방향으로 서로 결속하여 보강함으로써, 레일을 통해 열차로부터 가해지는 하중을 이웃하는 침목과, 침목 사이의 자갈도상으로 분산시키고, 그에 따라 각각의 침목이 담당하여야 할 하중을 줄임으로써 자갈도상궤도의 성능을 향상시켜 개량하게 되는 자갈도상 밀착형 침목결속장치 및 이를 이용한 궤도 구조 보강방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 각각의 침목(100)의 상면과 종방향의 양측면을 감싸서 침목(100)과 결속하게 되는 한 쌍의 결속띠부재(20); 및 종방향으로 연장되어 있고 한 쌍의 결속띠부재(20) 사이에 위치하여 그 양단이 각각 결속띠부재(20)의 측면판(22)에 일체 결합되어 있는 밀착보강빔(10)을 포함하여 구성되어; 종방향으로 이웃하는 복수개의 침목(100) 사이에 걸쳐서 침목(100)과 결속되어 종방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자갈도상 밀착형 침목결속장치가 제공되며, 더 나아가, 이러한 자갈도상 밀착형 침목결속장치를 침목에 설치하여 궤도 구조를 보강하는 방법이 제공된다.
