The present invention relates to a device for removing frost and dew condensation on a roadway reflecting mirror, including: a rear-surface insulting member attached to insulate the rear surface of a reflecting mirror assembly; a control unit composed of a heated air circulation system circulating heated air inside through the rear surface of the reflecting mirror assembly, a sensor sensing dew condensation and frost on the surface of the reflecting mirror assembly, and a switch unit amplifying and sensing signals of the sensor and operating the heated air circulating system; and a power source unit composed of a wind power generator capable of generating power using wind power, a charging system storing power generated by a solar cell module and the wind power generator, and a power converting unit, and storing and autonomously providing power required for the control unit. Therefore, the device for removing frost and dew condensation on a roadway reflecting mirror is capable of remodeling an existing reflecting assembly without replacement by additionally installing the heated air circulating system and the sensor in the existing reflecting assembly and providing independent power using the solar cell module and a charger with minimum capacities by installing both of the wind power generator and the solar cell module even though the duration of sunshine is short or the number of sunless days is high.
본 발명은 도로반사경의 결빙 및 결로 제거장치에 관한 것으로, 도로반사경 조립체 후면을 단열시키기 위해 부착되는 후면 단열부재와, 도로반사경 조립체 후면을 통하여 내부에 가열공기를 순환시키는 가열공기 순환시스템과, 도로반사경 조립체 표면의 결로 및 결빙상태를 감지하는 감지센서와, 감지센서의 신호를 증폭 감지하여 상기 가열공기 순환시스템을 작동시키는 스위치부로 이루어지는 제어부와, 풍력을 이용하여 발전할 수 있는 풍력발전기와, 태양전지 모듈 및 풍력 발전기에서 생산된 전력을 저장하는 충전 시스템 및 전력변환부로 이루어져 제어부에 소요되는 전원을 저장 및 자체공급하는 전원부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 기존 설치된 도로반사경 조립체에 가열공기 순환시스템 및 반사경 결로 및 결빙 감지센서를 부가 설치함으로써 기존 도로반사경을 교체하지 않고 그대로 이용 개조할 수 있으며, 풍력 발전기와 태양전지 모듈을 동시에 설치함으로써 태양전지 모듈과 충전기 용량을 최소로 하여 일조시간이 짧거나 부조일수가 긴 경우에도 독립전원을 공급할 수 있다.
