The present invention is to provide a hydraulic cylinder opening and closing type floodgate device, which prevents water from being leaked, always accurately maintains levelness of a floodgate, and solves problems since simple devices are additionally installed in the hydraulic cylinder opening and closing type floodgate which was constructed in advance. The floodgate device includes: the floodgate installed in a waterway between walls of a bank formed in a river and ascending and descending to open and block the flow of water; two hydraulic cylinders on the right and left, which operate to enable the floodgate to ascend and descend by being connected to the floodgate by a piston rod; a guide groove guiding a movement of the floodgate in a vertical direction and formed on the both walls of the waterway; and a roller installed on both sides of the floodgate to be rotated and rolled along the guide groove. A floodgate levelness maintaining device includes: a support bracket fixed to the both walls forming the waterway to face one side of the floodgate; a rack gear fixed by bolting or welding to be supported by the support brackets on both sides, respectively, wherein gear tooth face the floodgate and the rack gear is installed in a vertical direction at a height to cover the floodgate from the lower end closing the waterway to the upper end opened to the fullest; a pinion arranged on both sides of the floodgate and rotating by being engaged with the rack gear on both sides; a rotation shaft to which the each pinion is fixed; and a bearing housing fixed to the surface on one side of the floodgate to support each rotation shaft to be able to rotate.

본 발명은 항시 수문의 좌우 수평 유지가 정확하고 누수의 발생이 없으며, 기존에 시공된 유압실린더 개폐 방식의 수문에 간단한 장치들을 추가 설치하여 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 유압실린더 개폐 방식의 수문의 수평유지장치를 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 하천에 형성하는 제방의 벽과 벽 사이의 수로에 설치되어 물의 흐름을 개폐토록 승하강 작동하는 수문과; 상기 수문에 피스톤로드를 통해 접속하여 승하강시키도록 작동하는 좌우 2개의 유압실린더와; 상기 수로의 양측 벽에 상기 수문을 수직 방향으로 이동을 안내하도록 형성되는 가이드홈; 상기 가이드홈의 안내를 따라 구름 회전하도록 상기 수문의 양측에 마련되는 롤러를 포함하는 수문장치에 있어서, 상기 수문의 일측 면에 대향하여 상기 수로를 형성하는 양측 벽에 고정 설치되는 지지브라켓과; 상기 양측의 지지브라켓에 각기 지지되는 형상으로 볼트 또는 용접에 의해 고정 설치되며, 수로를 폐쇄한 수문의 하단에서 최대로 개방된 상단 위치까지를 카바하는 높이를 가지도록 수직으로 설치하되 기어 이빨이 상기 수문을 마주 향하고 있는 래크기어와; 상기 수문의 양측으로 마련되어 상기 양측의 래크기어와 각기 맞물려 회전하는 피니언과; 상기 각각의 피니언을 고정 장착한 회전축과; 상기 각각의 회전축을 회전 가능하게 지지하도록 상기 수문의 일측 표면에 고정 설치되는 베어링 하우징;을 포함하여 구성되는 수문의 수평유지장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
