The present invention relates to a form fixing tool, which is a fixing tool for a form to fixing a form connection part or support the form. The form fixing tool comprises: a support frame which includes a fixing pin, which is inserted into a connection hole of a form, formed at one end to be inserted, and which includes a guide hole passing through both lateral sides; and a support bar which includes a rod guided to be inserted into the guide hole of the support frame, a fixing hole formed at the rod, and a fixing pin connected to one end of the rod. Also, the form fixing tool for fixing a form connection part or supporting the form comprises: a support frame which further includes a first guide hole passing through both sides at one end portion, and a second guide hole passing both sides at the other end portion; a first support bar which further includes a rod inserted into the first guide hole of the support frame, a fixing hole formed at the rod, and a fixing pin connected to one end of the rod; and a second support bar which further includes a rod inserted into the second guide hole, a fixing hole formed at the rod, and a fixing pin connected to one end of the rod. After each form is fixed the support frame and support bar, which are inserted into fixing holes formed at the forms, are installed to be perpendicular to each other. Thus, the present invention prevents the forms form being pushed out due to the load of concrete, thus forming beautiful and uniform wall sides.
본 발명은 거푸집 고정구에 관한 것으로서, 거푸집 연결부위를 고정하거나 상기 거푸집을 지지하는 거푸집용 고정구에 있어서, 거푸집에 형성된 연결공에 삽입되는 고정핀이 일단에 형성되고, 양측면에 관통하여 형성된 가이드공을 가진 지지프레임과, 상기 지지프레임의 가이드공에 삽입안내되는 로드와, 상기 로드에 형성된 고정공과, 상기 로드 일단에 연결형성된 고정핀을 더 포함하는 지지대로 구성된다. 또한, 거푸집 연결부위를 고정하거나 상기 거푸집을 지지하는 거푸집용 고정구에 있어서, 일단 양측면을 관통하여 형성된 제1가이드공과, 타단 양측면을 관통하여 형성된 제2가이드공을 더 포함하는 지지프레임과, 상기 지지프레임의 제1가이드공에 삽입안내되는 로드와, 상기 로드에 형성된 고정공과, 상기 로드 일단에 연결형성된 고정핀을 더 포함하는 제1지지대와, 상기 지지프레임의 제2가이드공에 삽입안내되는 로드와, 상기 로드에 형성된 고정공과, 상기 로드 일단에 연결형성된 고정핀을 더 포함하는 제2지지대로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명은 거푸집을 각각 고정한 다음, 각각의 거푸집에 형성된 고정공에 삽입설치하되, 상호 직교하게 설치되어 거푸집을 고정하는 지지프레임과 지지대를 구비함으로써, 콘크리트 하중에 의해 거푸집이 밀리는 것을 방지함으로 균일한 벽체 면을 형성하여 미려한 벽체 면을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a form fixing tool, which is a fixing tool for a form to fixing a form connection part or support the form. 본 발명은 거푸집 고정구에 관한 것으로서, 거푸집 연결부위를 고정하거나 상기 거푸집을 지지하는 거푸집용 고정구에 있어서, 거푸집에 형성된 연결공에 삽입되는 고정핀이 일단에 형성되고, 양측면에 관통하여 형성된 가이드공을 가진 지지프레임과, 상기 지지프레임의 가이드공에 삽입안내되는 로드와, 상기 로드에 형성된 고정공과, 상기 로드 일단에 연결형성된 고정핀을 더 포함하는 지지대로 구성된다. 또한, 거푸집 연결부위를 고정하거나 상기 거푸집을 지지하는 거푸집용 고정구에 있어서, 일단 양측면을 관통하여 형성된 제1가이드공과, 타단 양측면을 관통하여 형성된 제2가이드공을 더 포함하는 지지프레임과, 상기 지지프레임의 제1가이드공에 삽입안내되는 로드와, 상기 로드에 형성된 고정공과, 상기 로드 일단에 연결형성된 고정핀을 더 포함하는 제1지지대와, 상기 지지프레임의 제2가이드공에 삽입안내되는 로드와, 상기 로드에 형성된 고정공과, 상기 로드 일단에 연결형성된 고정핀을 더 포함하는 제2지지대로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명은 거푸집을 각각 고정한 다음, 각각의 거푸집에 형성된 고정공에 삽입설치하되, 상호 직교하게 설치되어 거푸집을 고정하는 지지프레임과 지지대를 구비함으로써, 콘크리트 하중에 의해 거푸집이 밀리는 것을 방지함으로 균일한 벽체 면을 형성하여 미려한 벽체 면을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
