MAKING MACHINE OF DOUBLE INSULATING FIRE BRICK
The present invention relates to a double insulation brick molding apparatus which has appropriate productivity and enables a user to construct a wall of a building to be insulated in an simple and easy manner. The double insulation brick molding apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a molding frame (10) comprising a front wall (11) and a back wall (11′), and a left wall (12) and a right wall (12′), which are lower than the front wall (11) and the back wall (11′), and a bottom surface (13); a cover (20) which is pivotally installed on a base, supports bricks to be separated from each other on a left side and a right side on an open surface of the molding frame; hot water pipes (30) (30′) which are arranged and installed on the bottom surface and in an inner center of the cover; a pressurizing member (40) which is installed on an upper side of the base and has an air bag (42) to which expansion force, generated when compressed air is injected, is applied to push upwards the molding frame mounted on the upper side; and an opening and closing device (50) having a cylinder (51), which has a lower end portion pivotally installed on the base, a cylinder rod (52), and an opening and closing rod (53), which has one end potion fixated to one side of the cover and the other side penetrated and joined to orthogonally cross an upper end portion of the cylinder.
본 발명은, 생산성이 양호하고 건축물의 벽을 신속하고도 간편·용이하게 단열이 되도록 시공할 수 있도록 하는 이중단열벽돌 성형기에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 이중단열벽돌 성형기는, 전·후벽(11)(11')과 상기 전·후벽보다 높이가 낮은 좌·우벽(12)(12')과 바닥면(13)으로 형성되는 성형틀(10)과, 기대에 회동하게 설치되며 좌우 폭은 성형틀의 개방된 상면에서 내부의 좌우에 벽돌을 서로 격리되게 하나씩 안치하여 폴리우레탄을 주입하게 형성되는 공간과 상기 벽돌들 각 상면의 내측부분만 덮어주는 정도의 크기로 되는 덮개(20)와, 상기 바닥면과 덮개의 중간내부에 각각 배관설치되는 온수배관(30)(30')과, 상기 기대의 상면에 설치되며 압축공기가 주입되면 발생하는 팽창력이 직 상면에 안치되는 성형틀을 상방으로 밀어올리게 작용하는 에어백(42)을 구비하는 가압부재(40) 및 하단을 상기 기대에 회동하게 설치하는 실린더(51)와 실린더로드(52) 및 일단은 상기 덮개의 일측에 고정설치하며 타단은 실린더로드의 상단을 직교하게 관통결합하는 개폐로드(53)를 구비하는 개폐기(50)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
