SAFETY PROFILE OF MULTI-WALLED SEWER BONDING
The present invention relates to a drain pipe with multiple walls for safely joining a profile and, more specifically, to a drain pipe with multiple walls for safely joining a profile, capable of safely joining a connection coating member to the outer circumference of a rectangular profile or a profile with a cross reinforcing material on the inner circumference by improving a joining force of the profile and the connection coating material and slowing corrosion when exposed to sunlight. The present invention as a drain pipe with the multiple walls formed by spirally supplying the profiles (10) having the cross reinforcing material and cavities (13) to a winding device and supplying connection joining members (20) between the profiles (10) is characterized by forming the drain pipe: by coating 50-300 μm of the profiles and coating the profiles (10) with the connection coating member (40) by mixing random polyethylene (RPE) and mLLDPE with at least one among vinyl acetate resin (EVA), elastomer, and polybutene (PB); and spirally providing the profiles (10) coated with the connection coating member (40) and supplying a mixture wherein RPE and mLLDPE are mixed with at least one among EVA, elastomer, and PB to the connection joining members (20) between the profiles (10).
본 발명은 프로파일 안전접합용 다중벽 하수관에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사각형 또는 내경에 열십자 보강대가 형성된 프로파일의 외경으로 이음 코팅부재와의 결합력을 향상시켜 안전한 접합이 이루어지며 햇빛에 노출되는 경우에도 부식시간을 연장할 수 있도록 하는 프로파일 안전접합용 다중벽 하수관에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 열십자 보강대(12)와 중공(13)을 갖는 프로파일(10)을 나선형으로 와인딩장치에 공급하며 상기 프로파일(10)의 사이에 이음 접합부재(20)를 공급하여 성형하는 다중벽 하수관에 있어서, 상기 프로파일(10)을 50∼300㎛의 두께로 코팅하며, 렌덤 폴리에틸렌(RPE)과 mLLDPE에 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 수지(EVA)와 엘라스토머(Elastomer), 폴리부텐(PB) 중 어느 하나를 혼합하여 이음 코팅부재(40)를 코팅하고; 상기 이음 코팅부재(40)가 코팅된 프로파일(10)을 나선형으로 공급하며 상기 프로파일(10)의 사이에 렌덤 폴리에틸렌(RPE)과 mLLDPE에 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 수지(EVA)와 엘라스토머(Elastomer), 폴리부텐(PB) 중 어느 하나를 혼합하여 이음 접합부재(20)로 공급하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
