Disclosed are a fixed marine structure and an installation method thereof. A fixed marine structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower structure having an inner buoyant unit, capable of controlling buoyancy, and having a pile mounting hole vertically penetrating; a first pile installed on the seabed to allow an end to be inserted into the pile mounting hole; and a second pile having an end inserted into the pile mounting hole to be joined to the end of the first pile and fixating the lower structure onto the seabed.
고정식 해양구조물 및 그 설치방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고정식 해양구조물은, 내부에 부력부가 구비되어 부력 조절이 가능하며, 상하를 관통하는 파일 장착공을 포함하는 하부 구조물과, 단부가 파일 장착공에 삽입되도록 해저면에 설치되는 제1 파일과, 단부가 파일 장착공에 삽입되어 제1 파일의 단부와 결합됨으로써 하부 구조물을 해저면에 고정시키는 제2 파일을 포함한다.
