Disclosed is a fence or a guardrail which can be installed to allow an installation position of the guardrail or a design plate to have free directivity with respect to a post in a range of 360 degrees even if the fence and the guardrail are installed in a curved section. According to the present invention, the fence or the guardrail comprises: a plurality of posts continuously installed along an edge of a curved surface; a joint ring mounted on the outside of each post to enclose the post and provided with a circular moving hole formed therein and exposed to the outside; a mounting pin wherein a sphere is formed on one end thereof and inserted into the moving hole, and the other end thereof is exposed to the outside of the joint ring to be freely moved in 360 degrees around the joint ring; and a protection member disposed between the posts and mounted on the other end of the mounting pin.
휀스 및 난간이 설치되는 구간이 굴절되어 있더라도 포스트에 대한 가드레일 또는 디자인판의 설치위치가 360도 범위내에서 자유로운 방향성을 가지도록 설치할 수 있는 휀스 또는 난간이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 휀스 또는 난간은 굴절면의 가장자리를 따라 다수개가 연속해서 설치되는 포스트와, 포스트의 외부에 감싸지도록 장착되고, 내부에는 원형의 이동홀이 외부로 노출되도록 형성되는 조인트링과, 일단에 구체가 형성되어 이 구체가 이동홀에 삽입되면서 타단은 조인트링의 외부로 돌출되어 조인트링을 중심으로 360도 자유롭게 움직이는 결합핀과, 포스트들의 사이에 배치되어 결합핀의 타단에 결합되는 방어부재를 포함하여 구성된다.
