The present invention relates to a push and pull door lock assembly, and more specifically, to a push and pull door lock assembly which may increase convenience in opening of doors by releasing locking by a dead bolt with a one-time lever operation when opening the doors from indoors to outdoors and may allow a user to escape from an emergency situation by quickly opening the doors, in a door lock of a push and pull type. To this end, the push and pull door lock assembly includes the dead bolt and a latch bolt, and has a mortise with both sides in which a pair of a first groove and a second groove are formed to operate the dead bolt and the latch bolt. The push and pull door lock assembly comprises: cases respectively installed at both sides of the mortise, and including a rotary member rotating at least one of the first and second grooves; a rotary support part provided on the case, having inclined surfaces in both directions, and including a rotary shaft rotated toward the inclined surfaces, and springs provided on the inclined surfaces; a lever including a movable shaft rotated axially coupled to the rotary shaft of the rotary support part to be rotated toward the inclined surfaces around the rotary shaft, and receiving force of restitution through the springs; and a rotary medium provided between the rotary member and the movable shaft, and rotating the rotary member in forward and backward directions in response to the movement of the movable shaft.
