PISTON ROD AND MANUFACTURE METHOD FOR FLOOR HINGE
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a piston rod for a floor hinge providing a structure capable of reducing manufacture cost of the piston rod for the floor hinge, preventing a malfunction, and remarkably enhancing productivity. The piston rod for the floor hinge includes: a piston rod body having a long hole to receive a spring and a small piston therein, a pin hole and a ring-shaped groove for the installation of a piston head on the rear part, and a female screw units in the inner surface of the front part; and a knuckle member having plate seating units on the upper and lower parts of the front part, plate fixing pin holes, a roller seating groove unit, a packing groove on the rear part wherein a packing member is joined, and a male screw unit. The knuckle member and the piston rod body are mutually coupled. The present invention is capable of reducing expenses for processing and cost for raw materials with a simple manufacturing process by manufacturing the piston rod body used for the floor hinge into a seamless pipe and assembling the knuckle member, thereby reducing manufacture cost of the product. In addition, the present invention is capable of enhancing productivity by reducing time for processing the product while remarkably reducing expenses for mechanical equipment, thereby obtaining economic benefits.
본 발명은 플로어 힌지용 피스톤 로드의 제조원가를 절감할 수 있는 구조를 제공하면서도 기능이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 생산성도 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 플로어 힌지용 피스톤 로드를 제공하여는 것이며, 피스톤 로드를 구성시, 내부에 스프링 및 소형 피스톤이 장입될 수 있도록 장공이 형성되고, 후방에는 피스톤 헤드 설치용 핀구멍 및 환홈이 형성되며, 전방의 내면에는 암나사부가 형성된 피스톤 로드 본체와, 전방의 상, 하에 플레이트 안착부가 형성되고, 플레이트 고정핀공 및 롤러 안착홈부가 구성되며, 후방에는 패킹홈이 형성되어 패킹이 결합되고, 수나사부가 형성된 너클부재가 피스톤 로드 본체와 상호 체결된 것이며, 본 발명에 의하면, 플로어 힌지에 사용되는 피스톤 로드 본체를 시임레스 파이프로 제조하고, 너클부재를 조립하는 간단한 제조공정으로 가공비용과 원자재 비용 절감을 달성하여 제품의 제조원가를 절감할 수 있으며, 또한 기계 설비 비용을 크게 절감하면서 제품의 가공시간을 단축하여 생산성도 향상시킬 수 있기 때문에 그에 따른 경제적인 이득을 추구할 수 있는 효과가 기대되는 발명이다.
