FOOD WASTES DISPOSAL EQUIPMENT USING GRINDING AND DRYING, AND FOOD WASTES DISPOSAL SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a food waste grinding and drying treatment apparatus, and a food waste treatment system. More specifically, the food waste grinding and drying treatment apparatus comprises: a cover having an inlet connected to a sink drainage hole and where food waste is supplied in an upper portion, and having a space where multiple components can be installed inside; a grinding portion installed in a lower portion of the inlet, and grinding the food waste transferred from the inlet; a drying and dehydrating portion which has a dehydrating apparatus connected to the grinding portion through a food waste transfer pipe, receiving the food waste, rotated by a dehydration motor, and dehydrating the food waste, and has a dryer connected to a hot air apparatus, and drying the food waste discharged from the dehydrating apparatus; and a drawer installed in a mounting portion formed in a lower portion inside the cover, having a space where the food waste, discharged from the dryer, can be collected, and capable of being moved back and forth. The food waste grinding and drying treatment apparatus can reduce inconvenience of collecting and transferring the food waste and significantly increase the treatment amount of the food waste at the same time as well as significantly increasing a reduction rate of the food waste.
본 발명은 음식물분쇄건조처리기 및 음식물 쓰레기 처리시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 싱크대(sink) 배수구와 연결되어 음식물 쓰레기가 공급되는 투입구를 상부에 구비하며, 내부에 다수의 부품이 설치될 수 있도록 공간이 형성된 커버; 상기 투입구의 하부에 설치되어 투입구로부터 전달된 음식물 쓰레기를 분쇄시키는 분쇄부; 음식물 이송관을 통해 상기 분쇄부와 연결되어 음식물 쓰레기를 공급받으며 탈수 모터에 의해 회전되어 음식물 쓰레기를 탈수시키는 탈수기 및 열풍기와 연결되어 탈수기로부터 배출된 음식물 쓰레기를 건조시키는 건조기를 내부에 구비하는 건탈부; 및 상기 커버 내부의 하부에 형성된 안착부에 장착되고, 건조기로부터 배출된 음식물 쓰레기가 수집·수거될 수 있도록 공간이 형성되며, 전후로 이동 가능한 서랍; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 음식물 쓰레기의 수거 및 이송의 불편함을 줄임과 동시에 음식물 쓰레기의 처리용량을 현저히 증대시키고 음식물 쓰레기의 감용률을 현저히 증대시킨 음식물분쇄건조처리기 및 음식물 쓰레기 처리시스템에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a food waste grinding and drying treatment apparatus, and a food waste treatment system.
