SLIDING WINDOWS AND DOORS FULFILL INSULATOR
The present invention relates to a sliding window with an insulator. A pair of facing glass frames cover the edges of the front surface, rear surface and lateral surfaces of a glass and are connected through a connection insulator. A roller part is installed on floor parts of the glass frames. Therefore, the outdoor glass frame and the indoor glass frame are disconnected by the connection insulator, thereby preventing cold air or heat from being introduced into the interior or discharged to the outdoors through the glass frames. According to the present invention, the cold air or the heat is blocked by the connection insulator such that the cold air or the heat is prevented from being introduced into the interior or discharged to the outside. The glass frames covering the glass are freely slid by driving a roller part, and the cold air or the heat transferred to the roller part moving along a guide rail is blocked by the connection insulator. Accordingly, the cold air or the heat is blocked from being transferred to the glass such that frost or steam are prevented from forming on the glass, thereby improving insulation performance and reliability of a product.
본 발명은 단열부재가 구비된 미닫이 창호에 관한 것으로, 유리의 전, 후면 테두리 및 측면테두리를 서로 대향되는 한 쌍의 유리틀프레임으로 감싸고, 이 한 쌍의 유리틀프레임을 연결단열재로 연결하며, 유리틀프레임의 바닥부에 롤러부를 설치함으로써, 연결단열재에 의해 실외측 유리틀프레임과 실내측 유리틀프레임 사이가 단절되어 냉기 또는 열기가 유리틀프레임을 통해 실내로 유입되거나 혹은 실외로 방출되는 것이 차단되는 단열부재가 구비된 미닫이 창호를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 냉기 또는 열기가 연결단열재에 차단되어 실, 내외로 유입되거나 혹은 방출되는 것이 방지되고, 롤러부의 롤러 구동에 의해 유리를 감싸는 유리틀프레임이 자유롭게 슬라이딩 이동되며, 가이드레일을 타고 이동되는 롤러부로 전달된 냉기 또는 열기가 연결단열재에 차단되고, 이에 따라 냉기 또는 열기가 유리로 전달되는 것이 차단되어 유리에 성에가 끼거나 혹은 김이 서리는 것이 방지되어 단열성능 향상과 동시에 제품의 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a sliding window with an insulator. 본 발명은 단열부재가 구비된 미닫이 창호에 관한 것으로, 유리의 전, 후면 테두리 및 측면테두리를 서로 대향되는 한 쌍의 유리틀프레임으로 감싸고, 이 한 쌍의 유리틀프레임을 연결단열재로 연결하며, 유리틀프레임의 바닥부에 롤러부를 설치함으로써, 연결단열재에 의해 실외측 유리틀프레임과 실내측 유리틀프레임 사이가 단절되어 냉기 또는 열기가 유리틀프레임을 통해 실내로 유입되거나 혹은 실외로 방출되는 것이 차단되는 단열부재가 구비된 미닫이 창호를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 냉기 또는 열기가 연결단열재에 차단되어 실, 내외로 유입되거나 혹은 방출되는 것이 방지되고, 롤러부의 롤러 구동에 의해 유리를 감싸는 유리틀프레임이 자유롭게 슬라이딩 이동되며, 가이드레일을 타고 이동되는 롤러부로 전달된 냉기 또는 열기가 연결단열재에 차단되고, 이에 따라 냉기 또는 열기가 유리로 전달되는 것이 차단되어 유리에 성에가 끼거나 혹은 김이 서리는 것이 방지되어 단열성능 향상과 동시에 제품의 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
