The present invention relates to a three-dimensional protection and explosion-proof reinforcement material comprising: upper and lower sheets where a mesh is formed by weaving a first fabric; and a filling layer interposed between the upper and lower sheets, wherein a plurality of second fabrics are filled. The present invention is provided to solve problems of an existing technique, and provided is the three-dimensional protection and explosion-proof reinforcement material having excellent adhesion with concrete to improve toughness and sufficiently absorb and dissipate energy from an external impact and an explosion.
