The present invention relates to a window frame for a non-destructive remodeling window to provide a neat and tidy appearance by having an extra combining structure in order to easily install interior and exterior finishing materials in spaces between openings and interior and exterior sides of a new window when adding and installing a new window frame onto a previously installed window frame without removing the previously installed window frame. To achieve this, the new window frame (100) for remodeling, which is added and installed onto a previously installed window frame (10), has a bottom groove part (105) which is formed at least at the bottom in the interior side of the new window frame (100) in a longitudinal direction in order to allow the insertion and coupling of an interior finishing member (200) for surrounding the interior side of the new window (100) and finishing and blocking a space to openings (3). The present invention is able to shorten a construction period and reduce additional installation costs without removing a previously installed window frame and adding and installing a new window frame thereon. Especially, a neat and tidy appearance can be provided by a finishing process by installing interior and exterior finishing materials in spaces between the openings and the interior and exterior sides of the new window frame. The present invention is also able to improve the airtightness and waterproofness of the window for remodeling by performing a final sealing process with silicon in spaces between the openings and the interior wall sides where the interior and exterior finishing materials are installed.
본 발명은 기존에 설치되어 있던 창틀을 철거하지 않고 그 위에 신규창틀을 덧대어 설치하되, 신규창틀의 실내, 외측면과 개구 사이의 공간에 실내, 외측 마감재를 용이하게 설치할 수 있도록 별도의 결합구조를 구비해줌으로써 말끔한 외관을 제공할 수 있도록 한 비철거식 개보수 창호용 창틀에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 창틀은, 기존창틀(10) 위에 덧대어 설치되는 개보수용 신규창틀(100)에 있어서, 상기 신규창틀(100)의 적어도 실내측 저면에는, 상기 신규창틀(100)의 실내측면을 감싸줌과 아울러 개구(3)와의 사이 공간을 막아 마감해주는 실내측 마감재(200)를 끼움 결합할 수 있도록 길이방향을 따라 저면홈부(105);가 형성된 것을 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 기존에 설치되어 있던 창틀을 철거하지 않고 그 위에 신규창틀을 덧대어 설치함으로써 공사기간을 단축할 수 있으며, 추가적인 설치비용을 절감할 수 있다. 특히, 신규창틀의 실내, 외측면과 개구와의 사이 공간에 실내,외측 마감재를 설치하여 마감 처리해줌으로써 말끔한 외관을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 상기 실내, 외측 마감재가 설치된 개구 내벽면과의 사이 틈새에 실리콘을 이용하여 최종적으로 실링 처리해줌으로써, 개보수용 창호의 기밀 및 수밀 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
