The present invention relates to a non-toxic blackout blind. A base layer, medium layer, and skin layer are sequentially formed on both side surfaces of fabric forming the blackout blind, and the base layer comprises, based 100 parts by weight of a water-soluble polyurethane resin, 30-50 parts by weight of R-type titanium dioxide, 5-15 parts by weight of water, 60-80 parts by weight of a flame retardant, 15-25 parts by weight of melamine cyanate (MC), 0.1 parts by weight of a dispersant, 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of an inorganic antimicrobial agent, 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of an antimycotic agent, 0.05 parts by weight of a deodorant, 0.01 parts by weight of an antistatic agent, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a cross linking agent, and 0.05-0.15 parts by weight of a hardener.
본 발명은 무독성 암막 블라인드에 관한 것으로, 암막 블라인드를 구성하는 직물의 양측면에 각각 베이스층, 미디엄층, 스킨층을 순차 형성하되, 상기 베이스층은 수용성 폴리우레탄수지 100중량부에 대하여, R형 이산화티탄 30-50중량부, 물 5-15중량부, 인계난연제 60-80중량부, MC(멜라민시아노네이트) 15-25중량부, 분산제 0.1중량부, 무기항균제 0.3-0.7중량부, 항곰팡이제 0.3-0.7중량부, 소취제 0.05중량부, 대전방지제 0.01중량부, 가교제 0.1-0.5중량부, 경화제 0.05-0.15중량부를 포함하여 이루어지고; 상기 미디엄층은 수용성 폴리우레탄수지 100중량부에 대하여, R형 이산화티탄 100-120중량부, 물 10-16중량부, B.C(Buthyl cellosolve) 7-11중량부, 인(phosphorus) 15-25중량부, MC(멜라민시아노네이트) 15-25중량부, 분산제 0.3-0.7중량부, 무기항균제 0.25중량부, 항곰팡이제 0.25중량부, 소취제 0.05중량부로 이루어지며; 상기 스킨층은 수용성 폴리우레탄수지 100중량부에 대하여, R형 이산화티탄 100-120중량부, 물 10-16중량부, B.C(Buthyl cellosolve) 7-11중량부, 인계난연제 15-25중량부, 분산제 0.5중량부, 슬립제 0.01중량부, 무기항균제 0.3-0.7중량부, 항곰팡이제 0.3-0.7중량부, 소취제 0.3-0.7중량부, 대전방지제 0.01중량부, Pigment(안료) 10-20중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무독성 암막 블라인드를 제공한다.
