The present invention relates to an apparatus to remove and filter foreign substances and, more specifically, relates to the apparatus to remove and filter the foreign substances which smoothly removes the foreign substances which are a cause of clogging a drain or a sewer by removing the foreign substances mixed in rainwater. The apparatus to remove and filter the foreign substances of the present invention comprises: a case comprising an inlet formed on an upper part of one side connected to a sewer pipe, a foreign substance outlet formed on a lower part of an other side connected to a foreign substance discharging pipe and formed on a lower position than that of a position where the inlet is formed and a drain formed on a lower place than that of the foreign substance outlet connected to the discharging pipe; a filtering net pipe which has one side connected to the inlet and an other side connected to the foreign substance outlet, and installed in a slant along a horizontal direction in the case; and a slide installed in a lower part of the filtering net pipe in order for the foreign substances moving in the filtering net pipe to be slid. By the apparatus to remove and filter the foreign substances in accordance with the present invention, raw water passing through the slantly installed filtering net is drained through the drain and at the same time draining the captured foreign substances by the filtering pipe tube to the outlet along the slantly installed slide. As such, a user does not often require to perform management, and discharges continuously the raw water and the foreign substance.

본 발명은 빗물에 섞여있는 이물질 제거 및 여과장치에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 빗물에 섞여있는 이물질을 제거하여 배수로나 하수도가 막히는 원인인 이물질을 원활하게 제거하는 이물질 제거 및 여과장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 이물질 제거 및 여과장치는 하수관이 연결되는 일측 상부에 형성된 유입구, 이물질 배출관이 연결되는 타측 하부에 형성되고 상기 유입구가 형성된 위치보다 아래에 형성되는 이물질 배출구 및 상기 이물질 배출구보다 아래에 형성되고 배출관이 연결되는 배수구를 구비하는 케이스와, 일측이 상기 유입구와 연결되고 타측이 상기 이물질 배출구와 연결되어 상기 케이스 내에서 횡 방향으로 경사지게 설치된 여과망관과, 상기 여과망관의 하부에 설치되어 상기 여과망관의 내부를 이동하는 이물질이 슬라이딩 되는 미끄럼판을 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 이물질 제거 및 여과장치에 의하면, 경사지게 설치된 여과망관을 통과한 원수는 배수구를 통해 배수됨과 동시에 여과망관에 포획된 이물질이 경사지게 설치된 미끄럼판을 따라 이물질 배출구로 배출되므로, 사용자가 수시로 관리할 필요가 없어지는 장점 및 막히지 않고 원수와 이물질이 지속적으로 배출되는 장점을 더 가진다.
