A railroad noise reducing device is disclosed. The railroad noise reducing device comprises: a frame installed on a noise receiving location; a noise canceling unit which is movably installed on the frame, and outputs a sound to a noise source; a canceling drive unit installed on the frame to be connected to the noise canceling unit to move the noise canceling unit from the frame; and an output sound direction control unit disposed on the frame or the noise canceling unit to control an output direction of the sound generated by the noise canceling unit.

본 발명은 철도소음 저감장치를 개시한다. 개시된 철도소음 저감장치는 수음위치에 설치되는 프레임과, 이 프레임에 이동 가능하게 설치되며 소음원으로 소리를 출력하는 소음상쇄부와, 이 소음상쇄부와 연결되도록 프레임에 설치되어 소음상쇄부를 프레임에서 이동시키는 상쇄구동부와, 프레임 또는 소음상쇄부에 구비되어 소음상쇄부에서 발생하는 소리의 출력방향을 조절하는 출력음 방향조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
