Provided is an insulation sheet which comprises: a first layer including at least one functional film; and a second layer composed of polyethylene foam, wherein one of both sides of the first layer, which faces the second layer, is coated with polyethylene, and the first layer and the second layer are bonded via thermal bonding. According to the present invention, the insulation sheet can be easily attached onto a glass window using water without an adhesive.
