MULTIFUNCTIONAL MANHOLE IRON LID CONVEYING AND HANGING DEVICE AND MANHOLE REPAIR METHOD
The present invention relates to a multifunctional manhole iron lid carrying and mounting device. A manhole iron lid (2) is arranged in the upper part of a manhole slab (8) and is blocked by a manhole cover (4). The multifunctional manhole iron lid carrying and mounting device includes: a main body (2) including multiple road holders (14) in a supporting frame (12) and arranged on the upper side of the manhole iron lid (2), wherein the road holder is supported on a road (6); a manhole iron lid connection unit (20) installed in the main body (10); a vertically operating unit (30) connected and fixed to the main body (10) and vertically moving the main body (10) and the manhole iron lid connection unit (20) with the forward and backward operations of a lifting rod (32); a caster (40) installed in the lifting rod (32) of the vertically operating unit (30); a lifting unit (50) for lifting the manhole cover (4) from the manhole iron lid (2) by being connected to the main body (10); and a manhole iron lid hanger (60) enabling the manhole iron lid (2) to be lifted when the main body (10) rises since the manhole iron lid (2) is connected to the main body (10).
본 발명에 의한 다기능의 맨홀철개 운반 거치장치의 구성은 맨홀 슬라브(8)의 상부에 맨홀철개(2)가 배치되고, 상기 맨홀철개(2)는 맨홀뚜껑(4)에 의해 막아주도록 구성된 통상의 맨홀에 있어서, 서포팅 프레임(12)에 복수개의 노면 거치대(14)가 구비되도록 구성되며 상기 노면 거치대(14)가 노면(6)에 지지되어 상기 맨홀철개(2)의 상측에 배치되는 메인 바디(10); 상기 메인 바디(10)에 구비된 맨홀철개 결합구(20); 상기 메인 바디(10)에 연결 고정되며 승강 로드(32)의 전후진 작동에 따라 상기 메인 바디(10)와 상기 맨홀철개 결합구(20)를 승강 작동시키는 승강 작동유닛(30)을 포함하며, 상기 승강 작동유닛(30)의 상기 승강 로드(32)에는 캐스터(40)가 구비되고, 상기 메인 바디(10)에 결합되어 맨홀뚜껑(4)을 맨홀철개(2)에서 들어내기 위한 리프트 유닛(50)과, 상기 메인 바디(10)에 상기 맨홀철개(2)가 연결되어 상기 메인 바디(10)의 상승시 상기 맨홀철개(2)가 함께 들려지도록 하는 맨홀철개 행거(60)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a multifunctional manhole iron lid carrying and mounting device. A manhole iron lid (2) is arranged in the upper part of a manhole slab (8) and is blocked by a manhole cover (4).
