The present invention relates to a locking apparatus of a side gate, allowing a locker rotatably mounted on a post to be coupled to a hook when the side gate having the hook mounted thereon is rotated to be erected and comprising: a knob positioned to be spaced from the locker and rotatably mounted on the post; and a link bar having one end connected to the locker and the other end connected to the knob. A rotational force generated from the knob is transferred through the link bar to rotate the locker. According to the present invention, the locker can be rotated through the knob. Therefore, the knob is arranged on a lower end of the post, thereby allowing a small person to easily release the locked state of the side gate.
본 발명은, 후크가 장착된 사이드게이트가 세워지도록 회동했을 때, 포스트에서 회동가능하게 장착된 락커가 후크를 결속시키는 사이드게이트의 잠금장치에 있어서, 락커와 이격되어 위치하며 포스트에 회동가능하게 장착된 노브; 및 일단은 상기 락커와 연결되고 타단은 노브와 연결된 링크바;를 포함하고, 상기 노브에서 생성된 회전력은 링크바를 통해 락커를 회동시키도록 전달되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명은 노브를 통하여 락커의 회전이 가능하므로 상기 노부를 포스트의 하단에 배치하여 신장이 작은 사람도 용이하게 사이드게이트의 잠금을 해제할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
