CONSTRUCTION APPARATUS OF RAINY TYPE PROJECTING SPRAY TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a construction apparatus of a rainy type projecting spray traffic lane and a construction method using the same, wherein a projecting traffic lane and a display traffic lane are constructed at the same time for construction to be conveniently and quickly performed, and as well as promoting excellent construct ability of work, after the work, an injection area of paint is shielded to effectively prevent the paint from flowing on a road. Provided is the construction apparatus of a rainy type projecting spray traffic lane, which comprises: a body case having a plurality of coupling end portions; a first traffic lane construction unit composed of a first hopper and a pattern discharge unit; a second traffic lane construction unit composed of a second hopper and a paint spay unit; a slit unit composed of a slit member and a slit driving means; and a shielding unit composed of a shielding member and a shielding driving means.
본 발명은 노면에 일정한 간격의 돌출차선과 함께 표시차선을 일괄적으로 시공하여 간편하면서도 신속하게 시공작업할 수 있으며, 작업의 우수한 시공성을 도모함은 물론 작업 후 도료의 분사영역을 차폐하여 불필요하게 도료가 노면에 흐르는 현상을 효율적으로 방지함을 제공하도록, 외부 한쪽 측면에 이동장비와 연결결합할 수 있게 복수 개의 체결단부를 구비하는 본체케이스와; 상기 본체케이스의 외측 전방에 장착되어 요철형태의 돌출차선을 형성하되 내측에 일정량의 도료를 저류토록 수용하는 제1호퍼와, 상기 제1호퍼로부터 도료가 설정 량씩 공급되고 수직방향으로 내부압력을 가하여 노면을 향해 패턴별로 도료를 토출하는 패턴토출부가 구성되는 제1차선시공부와; 상기 본체케이스의 내측에 고정 설치되고 상면이 개방되어 도료를 수용하되 하단에 도료를 배출가능한 배출구를 형성하는 제2호퍼와, 상기 제2호퍼의 하단에 내부가 연통하도록 고정 설치되고 하부에 분사공을 구비하여 상기 배출구로부터 공급된 도료가 노면을 향해 흩뿌려지도록 살포하는 도료살포부가 구성되는 제2차선시공부와; 상기 제2차선시공부에서 상기 제2호퍼의 배출구 상에 설치되고 전후로 슬라이딩이동가능하게 구비되는 슬릿부재와, 상기 슬릿부재의 한쪽 선단에 연결되고 상기 제2호퍼의 배출구를 개폐제어할 수 있도록 상기 슬릿부재를 전후로 직선이동시키는 슬릿구동수단으로 구성되는 슬릿유닛과; 상기 제2차선시공부에서 상기 도료살포부의 분사공 상에 설치되고 전후로 슬라이딩이동가능하게 구비되는 차폐부재와, 상기 차폐부재의 한쪽 선단에 연결되고 상기 도료살포부의 분사공을 개폐제어할 수 있도록 상기 차폐부재를 전후로 직선이동시키는 차폐구동수단으로 구성되는 차폐유닛;을 포함하는 우천형 돌출 스프레이 차선 시공장치를 제공한다.
