DRIVEN CONCRETE PILE WITH OPEN LOWER PART AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a concrete driven pile with an open lower part, capable of easily drilling a remaining slime layer by forming a lower member of a front end supporting unit positioned in the lower part of a concrete pile body into a short pipe shape and improving a bearing force of the pile by inserting the front end supporting unit, of which the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow, into the natural ground to be supported and to a construction method thereof. The concrete driven pile with an open lower part according to the present invention is inserted and supported in the natural ground under a borehole by a downward press-fitting force or torque. The concrete driven pile with an open lower part includes: the concrete pile body with an open lower part; and the front end supporting unit having an open central part, having a cross section of which the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow, formed in the lower part of the concrete pile body, and inserted into the natural ground by penetrating through the remaining slime layer at the bottom of the borehole. The front end supporting unit is formed into a shape of which the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow and has inclined surfaces on the inner and outer sides. The front end supporting unit is composed of: an upper member of which the width of the bottom is equal to or less than two third of the thickness of the concrete pile body; and a pipe-shaped lower member formed in the lower side of the bottom of the upper member to adhere to the upper member.
본 발명은 콘크리트 말뚝 본체의 하단에 위치하는 선단지지부의 하부부재를 길이가 짧은 관 형상으로 형성하여 잔여슬라임층을 쉽게 뚫을 수 있으면서 상광하협의 선단지지부가 원지반에 관입되어 지지되도록 함으로써 말뚝의 지지력을 향상시킬 수 있는 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝 및 이의 시공방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝은 하향 압입력 또는 회전력에 의해 천공홀 하부 원지반에 관입 지지되는 것으로, 하부가 개방된 콘크리트 말뚝 본체; 및 중앙이 개방되고 단면 형상이 상광하협으로 형성되어 상기 콘크리트 말뚝 본체 하단에 구비되는 것으로 천공홀 바닥의 잔여슬라임층을 뚫고 원지반 내에 관입되는 선단지지부; 로 구성되되, 상기 선단지지부는 내외측에 경사면이 형성된 상광하협 형상이고 저면의 폭은 콘크리트 말뚝 본체 두께의 2/3 이하로 형성되는 상부부재 및 상기 상부부재의 저면 하부에 상기 상부부재와 밀착되게 구비되는 관 형상의 하부부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
DRIVEN CONCRETE PILE WITH OPEN LOWER PART AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a concrete driven pile with an open lower part, capable of easily drilling a remaining slime layer by forming a lower member of a front end supporting unit positioned in the lower part of a concrete pile body into a short pipe shape and improving a bearing force of the pile by inserting the front end supporting unit, of which the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow, into the natural ground to be supported and to a construction method thereof. The concrete driven pile with an open lower part according to the present invention is inserted and supported in the natural ground under a borehole by a downward press-fitting force or torque. The concrete driven pile with an open lower part includes: the concrete pile body with an open lower part; and the front end supporting unit having an open central part, having a cross section of which the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow, formed in the lower part of the concrete pile body, and inserted into the natural ground by penetrating through the remaining slime layer at the bottom of the borehole. The front end supporting unit is formed into a shape of which the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow and has inclined surfaces on the inner and outer sides. The front end supporting unit is composed of: an upper member of which the width of the bottom is equal to or less than two third of the thickness of the concrete pile body; and a pipe-shaped lower member formed in the lower side of the bottom of the upper member to adhere to the upper member.
본 발명은 콘크리트 말뚝 본체의 하단에 위치하는 선단지지부의 하부부재를 길이가 짧은 관 형상으로 형성하여 잔여슬라임층을 쉽게 뚫을 수 있으면서 상광하협의 선단지지부가 원지반에 관입되어 지지되도록 함으로써 말뚝의 지지력을 향상시킬 수 있는 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝 및 이의 시공방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 하부 개방형 관입 콘크리트 말뚝은 하향 압입력 또는 회전력에 의해 천공홀 하부 원지반에 관입 지지되는 것으로, 하부가 개방된 콘크리트 말뚝 본체; 및 중앙이 개방되고 단면 형상이 상광하협으로 형성되어 상기 콘크리트 말뚝 본체 하단에 구비되는 것으로 천공홀 바닥의 잔여슬라임층을 뚫고 원지반 내에 관입되는 선단지지부; 로 구성되되, 상기 선단지지부는 내외측에 경사면이 형성된 상광하협 형상이고 저면의 폭은 콘크리트 말뚝 본체 두께의 2/3 이하로 형성되는 상부부재 및 상기 상부부재의 저면 하부에 상기 상부부재와 밀착되게 구비되는 관 형상의 하부부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
