The present invention relates to a composite non-woven fabric, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a composite non-woven fabric having a fabric structure. According to the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a composite non-woven fabric, which comprises: a first non-woven fabric supply part for supplying a first non-woven fabric; a first binder yarn supply part for supplying a plurality of first binder yarns which are arranged in rows in a transfer direction of the first non-woven fabric and bound to the upper or the lower side of the first non-woven fabric; a second non-woven fabric supply part for supplying a second non-woven fabric, wherein a plurality of second binder yarns are arranged in rows and integrated by means of needle-punching so that the second binder yarns intersect with the first binder yarns bound to the first non-woven fabric; and a main needle-punching part for integrating the first non-woven fabric with the second non-woven fabric by means of needle-punching to form a composite non-woven fabric.
본 발명은 복합 부직포에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 직물구조를 가지는 복합 부직포를 제조하는 복합 부직포 제조장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 제1부직포를 공급하는 제1부직포공급부와; 상기 제1부직포의 상면 또는 하면에 상기 제1부직포의 이송방향을 따라서 열을 이루어 배치되면서 결합되는 복수의 제1결합사들을 공급하는 제1결합사공급부와; 복수의 제2결합사들이 열을 이루어 배치되며 니들펀칭에 의하여 일체화된 제2부직포를 상기 제2결합사가 상기 제1부직포에 결합된 상기 제1결합사와 교차하도록 공급하는 제2부직포공급부와; 니들펀칭에 의하여 상기 제1부직포 및 상기 제2부직포를 일체화하여 복합 부직포를 형성하는 메인니들펀칭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부직포 제조장치를 개시한다.
