MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CORK INTERIOR DECORATION MATERIALS FOR ARCHITECTURE
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture cork interior materials for a building, comprising: a step of crushing cork materials into cork chips; a step of generating a cork mixture by stirring the cork chips with a binder; a step of putting the cork mixture in continuous trays on a conveyor; a step of generating a cork plate flattened at a predetermined height by passing the cork mixture transferred backwards by the conveyor between upper and lower rollers; a step of drying the cork plate to be hardened; and f) a step of cutting the cork plate in a predetermined length. The present invention provides environmentally friendly interior materials for consumers, blocks harmful substances occurred from the interior materials, prevents the inhabitation of fungus harmful to human bodies, reduces noise and vibration occurred between floors and rooms in a building, provides impact prevention and safety in accordance with excellent elasticity, makes a pleasant indoor space in accordance with excellent humidity control and insulation properties, drastically reduces the amount of toxic gas and smoke generated in a fire, and provides a wide choice for the consumers by providing various colors.
본 발명은 코르크 원료를 코르크칩으로 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 코르크칩을 바인더와 교반하여 코르크혼합물을 생성하는 단계; 컨베이어 상의 연속트레이로 상기 코르크혼합물을 투입하는 단계; 컨베이어에 의해 후방으로 이송되어지는 상기 코르크혼합물을 상부 및 하부로울러 사이로 통과시켜 균일한 높이로 평탄화된 코르크플레이트를 생성하는 단계; 상기 코르크플레이트를 건조하여 경화시키는 단계; f) 상기 코르크플레이트를 일정길이로 절단하는 단계;를 거쳐 제조되는 건축물용 코르크 내장재 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 수요자들에게 친환경 내장재를 제공할 수 있고, 내장재로부터 발생되는 유해물질을 차단함은 물론 인체에 유해한 균류의 서식을 억제하고, 건축물 내의 각 층 사이 및 방 사이에 발생되는 소음, 진동을 줄이고 뛰어난 탄성에 따른 충격방지와 안전성을 부여하고 뛰어난 습도조절과 단열성에 따른 쾌적한 실내공간을 담보하고 화재시 유독가스의 발생 및 연기발생량을 대폭 감소시키며 또한 다양한 색채감의 제공으로 인한 수요자들의 선택폭을 넓게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
