POROUS CERAMIC HAVING DOUBLE LAYER PORE STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

Disclosed are a porous ceramic having a double layer pore structure having a laminate structure divided into a compact layer with limited pores, and a porous layer integrally laminated on the compact layer by being manufactured by mixing a ceramic powder with high specific gravity and a hollow polymer pore forming agent with low specific gravity, and a manufacturing method thereof. The porous ceramic having a double layer pore structure according to the present invention is formed by mixing a ceramic powder having first density and a hollow polymer pore forming agent having second density, and comprises a compact layer with limited pores; and a porous layer having a laminate structure integrally laminated on the compact layer, and having porosity of 50-80% by spherical pores. The part composed of the compact with limited pores has a composite function of enduring mechanical load and weight which porous ceramic cannot endure.

비중이 높은 세라믹 분말과 비중이 낮은 고분자 중공형 기공 형성제를 혼합하는 것에 의해 제조되어, 기공이 억제된 치밀층과, 치밀층 상에 일체로 적층 형성되는 다공질층으로 구분되는 층상구조를 갖는 이중층 기공 구조를 갖는 다공성 세라믹 및 그 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 이중층 기공 구조를 갖는 다공성 세라믹은 제1 밀도를 갖는 세라믹 분말과 상기 제1 밀도 보다 낮은 제2 밀도를 갖는 고분자 중공형 기공 형성제를 혼합하여 형성되는 다공성 세라믹으로서, 기공이 억제된 치밀층; 및 상기 치밀층 상에 일체로 적층 형성되는 층상구조를 가지며, 구형의 기공에 의해 50 ~ 80%의 기공율을 갖는 다공질층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
