CONCRETE FORM OF PRECAST SEGMENT STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a mold structure for a precast segment structure, wherein a segment unit in which multiple precast segments are connected in a circumferential direction is piled in a height direction so that the precast segment structure is formed. The mold structure for a precast segment structure includes: an inner mold arranged on the inner side of a connection unit in the circumferential direction of the adjacent precast segment; an inner frame supporting the inner surface of the inner mold; a frame support unit supporting the inner frame formed in the height direction; an outer mold arranged on the outer side of the connection unit in the circumferential direction of the adjacent precast segment; and a tensioning member supporting the outer surface of the outer mold.

본 발명은 복수의 프리캐스트 세그먼트가 원주방향으로 연결되어 형성되는 세그먼트유닛이 높이방향으로 적층되어 형성되는 프리캐스트 세그먼트 구조물에 사용되는 거푸집 구조체로서, 인접한 상기 프리캐스트 세그먼트의 원주방향 연결부의 내측에 배치되는 내부거푸집; 상기 내부거푸집의 내면을 지지토록 제공되는 내부프레임; 높이방향으로 형성되는 상기 내부프레임을 지지토록 제공되는 프레임지지부; 인접한 상기 프리캐스트 세그먼트의 원주방향 연결부의 외측에 배치되는 외부거푸집; 및, 상기 외부거푸집의 외면을 지지토록 제공되는 긴장부재;를 포함하는 프리캐스트 세그먼트 구조물의 거푸집 구조체를 제공한다.
