The present invention relates to a flood wall which erects or lays down a gate leaf installed on a riverside or a seaside to prevent flooding or provide a passage. If the gate leaf is laid down on one side of a bank, the height of the flood wall is equal to the height of the bank to provide a passage. If the gate leaf is erected, flooding by a flood is prevented. The gate leaf is supported by a spring, and the spring has a repulsive force equal to the weight of the gate leaf. The gate leaf is manually operated by a small force and managed by a hydraulic cylinder from a remote location.

본 발명은 하천가나 바닷가에 설치된 문비를 세우거나 눕힘으로써 범람을 방지하거나 통행로로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 홍수벽에 관한 것으로, 문비가 제방의 일측에서 눕혀질 경우 제방과 같은 높이가 되어 통행로로 사용되고 세워졌을 때는 홍수에 의한 범람을 방지하게 설치되고, 상기 문비는 스프링에 의해 받쳐지게 하되 상기 스프링은 문비의 중량과 같은 반발력을 갖도록 하며, 상기 문비는 적은 힘으로 수동 조작이 이루어지는 한편 유압 실린더에 의해 원격지에서 통합관리가 이루어지게 함으로써 이루어진다.
