LIFTING SAFETY DEVICE OF GANG FORM
The present invention relates to a device which is installed to prevent a safety accident which can occur during the use of a gang form which is used for the construction of outer walls of an apartment building. When dismantling a gang form, the head portion of the gang form fixating bolts protrude from the front, and the gang form fixating bolts move up and down. The device for safely lifting a gang form according to the present invention comprises: a base panel installed close to the gang form fixating bolt which is capable of accommodating the gang form fixating bolt; a fixing shaft bolt which is fixated in the center of the base panel; a pair of safety covers which can be rotationally coupled and bound to the fixing shaft bolt; a torsion spring which is installed to cover the fixing shaft bolt while applying an elastic force to the safety covers; a pair of pulling brackets of which one end is fixated to the lateral side of the safety cover, and of which the other end is rotationally coupled and bound to the pulling bolt; a fixating member which connects and fixates the pulling bolt with a safety ring; and the safety ring which is penetratingly coupled to the fixating member.
본 발명은 아파트 외벽시공을 위해 사용하는 갱폼의 사용중 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 사전에 방지하고자 설치하는 것으로, 갱폼 해체시 갱폼 고정볼트의 두부가 전면 방향으로 돌출되고, 상기 갱폼 고정볼트가 상,하로 움직이는데, 이러한 상기 갱폼 고정볼트를 수용할 수 있는 상기 갱폼 고정볼트에 인접하여 설치되는 베이스 판재;와 상기 베이스 판재의 중심부에 고정되는 고정축 볼트;와 상기 고정축 볼트에 회동 구속 결합하는 한 쌍의 안전커버;와 상기 고정축 볼트에 외감하며 설치되고 상기 한 쌍의 안전커버에 탄성력을 가하는 토션 스프링;과 일 단은 상기 안전커버의 측면에 고정되고 타 단은 당김 볼트에 회동 구속 결합하는 한 쌍의 당김 브래킷;과 일 단은 상기 당김 브래킷에 회동 구속 결합되고, 타 단은 고정 부재에 볼트 고정되는 당김 볼트;와 상기 당김 볼트와 안전고리를 연결 고정하는 고정 부재;및 상기 고정 부재에 관통결합하는 상기 안전고리;를 포함하는 갱폼 인양 안전장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
