The present invention relates to a tube mold for a hollow pile, and more specifically, to a tube mold for a hollow pile, which can prevent a placed material from falling down to a gap of a hollow part when concrete is placed to fill therein by injecting air to a tube in accordance with the inner diameter of a pile having a hollow like a steel pipe or a PHC pile and making the tube vary with the shape of the hollow part and adhere to the hollow part. A desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support disc which is formed by penetrating a hollow at the center, and has a plurality of cutting grooves at a predetermined interval along the edge; and the tube which has an injection hole passing through the support disc and protruding from the top of the support disc at the top and is provided at the bottom of the support disc in a predetermined size to allow air injection through the injection hole.
본 발명은 중공 파일용 튜브 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 강관이나 PHC 파일과 같은 중공이 형성된 파일의 중공부 내경에 따라 튜브에 공기를 주입하여 중공부의 형상에 따라 가변되면서 긴밀하게 밀착되어 내부에 속채움 콘크리트를 타설시 타설물이 기초파일의 중공부 틈으로 흘러내리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 중공 파일용 튜브 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 중앙부 중공이 통공되어 형성되고, 테두리를 따라 간격을 두고 다수의 절개된 절개홈이 형성되는 지지 디스크와; 상부에 지지 디스크를 관통하여 지지 디스크의 상부로 돌출되는 주입구가 형성되며 주입구를 통하여 공기를 주입할 수 있는 일정 크기를 갖도록 지지 디스크의 하부에 형성되는 튜브;로 구성된다.
