PRECAST BOX USING FINGER CONNECTION PLATE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) box using a finger connection plate, capable of individually prefabricating an upper PC segment and a lower PC segment and simply integrating the upper PC segment and the lower PC segment after vertically laminating the upper and lower PC segments, and a construction method for the same. A connection groove is connected to lower and upper connection surfaces in both side wall units of the upper and lower PC segments, and a main reinforcing bar is installed by being welded in the connected connection groove (A1, A2). The finger connection plate to which a connection bolt is coupled is exposed, and the exposed finger connection plate is connected to an overlapping connection plate by a nut so that the upper and lower PC segments are vertically connected.
상부 및 하부 PC세그먼트를 각각 제작하고, 서로 상하로 적층시킨 후, 상부 및 하부 PC 세그먼트를 서로 간단하게 일체화 시킬 수 있는 핑거연결플레이트를 이용한 PC 박스 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 상부 및 하부 PC 세그먼트의 양 측벽부의 하부 및 상부 접합면에는 연결홈이 연통되고 상기 연통된 연결홈(A1,A2)에는 주철근이 미리 용접 설치되며 연결볼트가 체결된 핑거 연결플레이트가 노출되어, 노출된 핑거 연결플레이트를 덧댐 연결플레이트와 너트로 서로 연결시켜 상부 및 하부 PC세그먼트를 상하 접합시키게 된다.
