METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING LIGHT WEIGHT REINFORCED EARTH WALL PANEL
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a lightweight reinforced soil retaining wall panel, wherein lightweight reinforced soil in which a solidification agent and a foaming agent are mixed into a collected soil in a site and placed is used as a backfilling material of a reinforced soil retaining wall panel so that a retaining wall can be constructed without additional foundation treatment in a poor ground. Also, the weight of the backfilling material is light so that the ground is barely settled. The collected soil in the site, wherein a particle thereof is small, is used so that material costs and distribution costs for the construction of the retaining wall are reduced. The method for constructing a lightweight reinforced soil retaining wall panel includes: a step (S10) installing a foundation; a step (S20) of constructing a first panel on the installed foundation; a step (S30) of connecting a band type fiber reinforcing member in the rear part of the first panel and placing the band type reinforcing member on a backfilling space; a step (S40) of placing and curing liquid type lightweight reinforced soil in which the solidification agent, the foaming agent, and the collected soil in the site are mixed with water, in a backfilling space at a height in which the band type fiber reinforcing member can be embedded; and a step (S50) of constructing a second panel on the first panel and placing and curing the liquid type lightweight reinforced soil in the height in which the fiber reinforcing member can be embedded after connecting the band type fiber reinforcing member. The step (S50) is repeated multiple times so that the retaining wall is constructed at the desired height.
본 발명은 보강토 옹벽 패널의 뒷채움재를 현장 채취토에 고화제와 기포제를 혼합하여 타설한 경량 보강토를 사용함으로써 연약지반에 별도의 기초처리를 하지 않고도 옹벽의 시공이 가능하고, 뒷채움재의 중량이 가벼워 침하의 우려가 적으며, 입자가 작은 현장 채취토를 사용함으로써 옹벽 시공시의 자재비와 물류비의 절감을 도모할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 기초를 설치하는 단계(S10); 설치된 기초 위에 1단 패널을 축조하는 단계(S20); 상기 1단 패널의 후부에 띠형 섬유보강재를 연결하고, 띠형 섬유보강재를 뒷채움 공간 상에 포설하는 단계(S30); 상기 뒷채움 공간에 현장 채취토와 고화제 및 기포제를 물과 함께 혼합한 액상 경량 보강토를 띠형 섬유보강재가 매립될 수 있는 높이로 타설하여 양생하는 단계(S40) 및 상기 1단 패널 위에 2단 패널을 축조하고, 띠형 섬유보강재를 연결한 후 다시 액상 경량 보강토를 띠형 섬유보강재가 매립될 수 있는 높이로 타설하여 양생하는 단계(S50);를 포함하며, 상기 단계(S50)를 수회 반복하여 요구로 하는 높이로 옹벽을 축조한다.

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a lightweight reinforced soil retaining wall panel, wherein lightweight reinforced soil in which a solidification agent and a foaming agent are mixed into a collected soil in a site and placed is used as a backfilling material of a reinforced soil retaining wall panel so that a retaining wall can be constructed without additional foundation treatment in a poor ground. Also, the weight of the backfilling material is light so that the ground is barely settled. The step (S50) is repeated multiple times so that the retaining wall is constructed at the desired height.
본 발명은 보강토 옹벽 패널의 뒷채움재를 현장 채취토에 고화제와 기포제를 혼합하여 타설한 경량 보강토를 사용함으로써 연약지반에 별도의 기초처리를 하지 않고도 옹벽의 시공이 가능하고, 뒷채움재의 중량이 가벼워 침하의 우려가 적으며, 입자가 작은 현장 채취토를 사용함으로써 옹벽 시공시의 자재비와 물류비의 절감을 도모할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 기초를 설치하는 단계(S10); 설치된 기초 위에 1단 패널을 축조하는 단계(S20); 상기 1단 패널의 후부에 띠형 섬유보강재를 연결하고, 띠형 섬유보강재를 뒷채움 공간 상에 포설하는 단계(S30); 상기 뒷채움 공간에 현장 채취토와 고화제 및 기포제를 물과 함께 혼합한 액상 경량 보강토를 띠형 섬유보강재가 매립될 수 있는 높이로 타설하여 양생하는 단계(S40) 및 상기 1단 패널 위에 2단 패널을 축조하고, 띠형 섬유보강재를 연결한 후 다시 액상 경량 보강토를 띠형 섬유보강재가 매립될 수 있는 높이로 타설하여 양생하는 단계(S50);를 포함하며, 상기 단계(S50)를 수회 반복하여 요구로 하는 높이로 옹벽을 축조한다.
