INTELLIGENT BOLLARD WITH HAVING SAFETY INTEGRATION SYSTEM INCLUDING VOICE GUIDANCE FOR PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK
The present invention relates to an auxiliary apparatus for a safe walk. More specifically, disclosed is an intelligent bollard with a safety integration system including voice guidance for pedestrians at a crosswalk which induces a safe walk by detecting a lighting status of a traffic signal and pedestrians in a crosswalk area; and easily informs both pedestrians and drivers of a crosswalk situation such that accidents, which can unexpectedly occur, may be prevented in advance. In order to achieve this purpose, the intelligent bollard with a safety integration system including voice guidance for pedestrians at the crosswalk, comprises: two or more bollards installed in a sidewalk and on a two-way road or both left and right ends of the crosswalk of an intersection; a pedestrian detecting section installed in the bollard to detect entry of the pedestrians into a roadway, and selectively informs the pedestrians of signal waiting, a walk signal, and location information; an acoustic signal generating section where information detected and informed by the pedestrian detecting section is outputted as voice information; and a control section which controls the pedestrian detecting section installed in the bollard and the acoustic signal generating section, wherein waterproof coating is added to these elements in response to severe weather conditions such that these elements are insulated from the outside.
본 발명은 안전보행 보조장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 횡단보도 구역에서 교통신호의 점등 상태 및 보행자를 탐지하여 안전한 보행을 유도하고 보행자와 운전자 모두에게 횡단보도 상황을 쉽게 알려줌으로서 불시에 발생할 수 있는 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위한 횡단보도용 보행자 음성안내를 포함하는 안전 통합시스템이 구비된 지능형 볼라드에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 보도상에 설치되고, 양 방향 도로 또는 교차로의 횡단보도 좌우 양 단에 설치되는 2개 또는 복수개의 볼라드와, 상기 볼라드에 설치되어 보행자가 차도 측으로 진입하는 것을 탐지하고, 신호등과 연계되어 보행자에게 신호대기 및 보행신호, 위치정보를 선택적으로 안내하는 보행자 감지부와, 상기 보행자 감지부에서 탐지 및 안내된 정보를 음성정보로 출력하는 음향신호발생부와, 상기 볼라드에 설치된 보행자 감지부, 음향신호발생부를 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하고, 이들을 기상 악천후에 대응하여 방수코팅을 부가하여, 외부와 절연시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
