본 발명에 따른 자전거의 잠금장치는, 자전거의 페달축 회전을 잠금 및 잠금 해제하는 페달축 잠금부 및 상기 페달축 잠금부로 공급되는 전원을 인가 또는 차단하여, 상기 페달축 잠금부의 잠금 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
