The present invention relates to a reactive device using a driving motor and a pile driving method using the same capable of rapidly and efficiently press-fitting a pile such as a steel pipe in the underground of a foundation(underground floor slab) using the reactive device vertically transferring a reactive plate along an anchor rod using the driving motor. The reactive device using the driving motor includes: the anchor rod of which the lower part is mounted in the bottom of a foundation and the upper part is extended to an upper part of the foundation by passing through the foundation; the reactive plate including a lower reactive plate installed in the upper part of the anchor rod and vertically transferred along the anchor rod by the driving motor; and a press-fitting means installed in the bottom of the reactive plate.
구동모터에 의하여 반력플레이트가 앵커봉을 따라 상,하 이송하는 반력체를 이용하여 기초(지하바닥판) 하부 지반에 강관과 같은 파일을 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 압입시킬 수 있는 구동모터를 이용한 반력체 및 이를 이용한 파일 시공방법에 대한 것으로서, 상기 구동모터를 이용한 반력체는 기초저면에 하단이 정착되고, 기초를 관통하여 상단부는 기초 상부로 연장되도록 설치된 앵커봉; 상기 앵커봉의 상단에 설치된 하부 반력플레이트를 포함하되 구동모터에 의하여 앵커봉을 따라 상,하 이송되는 반력플레이트; 및 상기 반력플레이트 저면에 설치된 압입수단을 포함하여 구성된다.
