The present invention relates to a design load calculating device, and a design load calculating method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a design load calculating device comprises: an information collecting unit collecting position information and parameters, or attribute values of a plurality of sample spots within a target region including a spot where a structure is located; a target information acquiring unit acquiring parameters or attribute values of a plurality of target spots based on the position information and parameters, or the attribute values of the sample spots using an interpolation method; a representative value calculating unit calculating a representative parameter or a representative attribute value of the target region by statistically processing the parameters or the attribute values within the target region including a spot where the structure is located; and a design load calculating unit calculating a design load of the structure based on the representative parameter or the representative attribute value. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the design load calculating device and the design load calculating method capable of preventing an application of an inaccurate parameter when calculating the design load, and reducing a time and expenses required to determine the parameter.
본 발명은 설계하중 산출 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 설계하중 산출 장치는, 구조물이 위치하는 지점을 포함하는 대상 영역 내 다수의 샘플 지점의 위치 정보와 파라미터 또는 속성값을 수집하는 정보 수집부; 상기 샘플 지점의 위치 정보와 파라미터 또는 속성값을 기반으로 보간법을 이용하여 다수의 타겟 지점의 파라미터 또는 속성값을 획득하는 타겟 정보 획득부; 구조물이 위치하는 지점을 포함하는 타겟 영역 내 지점의 파라미터 또는 속성값을 통계처리하여 상기 타겟 영역의 대표 파라미터 또는 대표 속성값을 산출하는 대표값 산출부; 및 상기 대표 파라미터 또는 상기 대표 속성값을 기반으로 상기 구조물에 대한 설계하중을 산출하는 설계하중 산출부;를 포함할 수 있다.
