The present invention relates to a movable prefabricated house. The movable prefabricated house includes: a module house comprising an L-shaped ceiling, a wall, and a floor, wherein a bed room, a kitchen, and a bathroom are arranged inside the module house in a studio type; a private water system (20) collecting, purifying, and supplying rainwater from the outside or the upper part of a roof, wherein the private water system is installed in the module house; a water storage tank (30) installed in the lower part of the module house; an image treatment system (40) capable of image communications using the Internet, wherein the image treatment system is installed inside the module house; and a private electricity system (50) providing electricity for the module house by converting sunlight into the electricity by being installed on the roof of the module house. The movable prefabricated house is easily assembled and installed by being moved and provides excellent heat and sound insulation performance by using a soundproof insulation panel. The movable prefabricated house provides a public health service by the image communications using the Internet so that the movable prefabricated house is suitable to be used for residence of a senior citizen who lives alone and has problems with mobility. Moreover, the movable prefabricated house enables the electricity and the water to be supplied by itself and can be maintained at low costs.
본 발명은 이동식 조립주택에 관한 것으로, "ㄱ"자 형상의 천정과 측벽 및 바닥으로 이루어지고, 내부에는 침실, 주방 및 화장실이 원룸 형태로 배치되는 모듈주택과; 상기 모듈주택에 설치되며, 지붕 상부 또는 실외에서 우수를 집수 및 정수하여 공급하는 자가용수시스템(20)과; 상기 모듈주택의 하부에 설치되는 저수조(30)와; 상기 모듈주택의 실내에 설치되며 인터넷을 이용한 화상 통신이 가능한 화상진료시스템(40) 및; 상기 모듈주택의 지붕에 설치되어 태양광을 전기에너지로 변환하여 상기 모듈주택에 제공하는 자가용전시스템(50)을 포함하고, 이와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 조립 및 이동설치가 용이하고, 쉽게 조립 이동 설치가 가능하고, 또한 차음 단열판넬로 인해 단열 및 방음 성능이 우수하며, 인터넷 환경을 이용한 화상통신을 통해 공공의료서비스가 제공되므로 거동이 불편한 고령 독거인의 주거용도로 더욱 적합하고, 또한 자가 용전, 용수가 가능하여 유지 관리 비용이 적게 소요되는 이동식 조립주택이 제공된다.
