    According to the present invention, a damping panel comprises: a panel main body made of a steel sheet; and a damping unit extended and protruding from the panel main body to form a space unit between a contact object and the panel main body and having a damping hole formed in the panel main body to protrude and extend from a portion on the entire circumference of the damping hole to one side. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a damping panel reducing an impact and absorbing a sound caused by the impact.

    본 발명에 따른 댐핑패널은, 강판으로 이루어진 패널본체; 및 상기 패널본체로부터 연장돌출되어 접하는 대상물과 상기 패널본체와의 사이에 공간부를 형성시키되, 상기 패널본체에 댐핑홀이 형성되면서 상기 댐핑홀의 테두리 일부 또는 전부로부터 일측으로 돌출연장된 댐핑부;를 포함한다.
