STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING DOOR OPENING AT SIDE IMPACT AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING DOOR OPENING AT SIDE IMPACT
The present invention relates to a structure and a method for preventing door opening during side collision. The structure for preventing door opening during side collision comprises: a base having an outside lever mounted on one surface thereof and a door latch mounted on the other surface thereof to come in contact with an extension unit extended from the outside lever to protrude on the other surface thereof; a guide unit penetrating the base in parallel with the extension unit and having a plurality of long grooves and short grooves repetitively formed therein in parallel with the extension unit; a rotator inserted into the guide unit and provided with a plurality of long ribs inserted into the long grooves and a plurality of short ribs inserted into the short grooves; a button of a cap shape wherein a lower surface thereof comes in contact with the long ribs, and the rotator is inserted thereinto; and a blocking lever connected to an upper end of the button by a link and mounted on the base to be pivotally moved. If the blocking lever is operated by an inertial force when a collision occurs, since the position of the blocking lever is fixed, unintentional door opening is prevented.
본 발명은 측면 충돌시 도어 열림이 방지되는 구조 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 일면에 아웃사이드 레버가 장착되고, 아웃사이드 레버로부터 연장되어 타면에 돌출된 연장부와 접촉되도록 타면에 도어 래치가 장착된 베이스와, 연장부와 수평을 이루도록 베이스에 관통 형성되며, 내측에 연장부와 수평을 이루는 다수개의 장홈과 단홈이 반복적으로 형성된 가이드부와, 가이드부에 삽입되고, 장홈에 삽입되는 긴 리브와 단홈에 삽입된 짧은 리브가 다수개 형성된 로테이터와, 저면이 다수개의 긴 리브와 접촉하고, 로테이터가 삽입되는 캡 형상의 버튼 및, 버튼 상단과 링크 연결되고, 베이스에 피봇 운동 가능하게 장착된 블로킹 레버를 포함하며, 충돌시 관성력에 의하여 블로킹 레버가 작동하게 되면, 블로킹 레버의 위치가 고정되므로, 의도치 않게 도어가 열리는 것이 방지되는 효과가 있는 측면 충돌시 도어 열림이 방지되는 구조 및 그 방법을 제공 한다.

The present invention relates to a structure and a method for preventing door opening during side collision. The structure for preventing door opening during side collision comprises: a base having an outside lever mounted on one surface thereof and a door latch mounted on the other surface thereof to come in contact with an extension unit extended from the outside lever to protrude on the other surface thereof; a guide unit penetrating the base in parallel with the extension unit and having a plurality of long grooves and short grooves repetitively formed therein in parallel with the extension unit; a rotator inserted into the guide unit and provided with a plurality of long ribs inserted into the long grooves and a plurality of short ribs inserted into the short grooves; a button of a cap shape wherein a lower surface thereof comes in contact with the long ribs, and the rotator is inserted thereinto; and a blocking lever connected to an upper end of the button by a link and mounted on the base to be pivotally moved. If the blocking lever is operated by an inertial force when a collision occurs, since the position of the blocking lever is fixed, unintentional door opening is prevented.
본 발명은 측면 충돌시 도어 열림이 방지되는 구조 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 일면에 아웃사이드 레버가 장착되고, 아웃사이드 레버로부터 연장되어 타면에 돌출된 연장부와 접촉되도록 타면에 도어 래치가 장착된 베이스와, 연장부와 수평을 이루도록 베이스에 관통 형성되며, 내측에 연장부와 수평을 이루는 다수개의 장홈과 단홈이 반복적으로 형성된 가이드부와, 가이드부에 삽입되고, 장홈에 삽입되는 긴 리브와 단홈에 삽입된 짧은 리브가 다수개 형성된 로테이터와, 저면이 다수개의 긴 리브와 접촉하고, 로테이터가 삽입되는 캡 형상의 버튼 및, 버튼 상단과 링크 연결되고, 베이스에 피봇 운동 가능하게 장착된 블로킹 레버를 포함하며, 충돌시 관성력에 의하여 블로킹 레버가 작동하게 되면, 블로킹 레버의 위치가 고정되므로, 의도치 않게 도어가 열리는 것이 방지되는 효과가 있는 측면 충돌시 도어 열림이 방지되는 구조 및 그 방법을 제공 한다.
