ASSEMBLY FOR CONSTRUCTING EXTERIOR MATERIAL ON BUILDING
The present invention relates to an assembly for constructing exterior finishing materials on a building, which is able to make it more convenient to construct the exterior finishing material installed in the roof, or an external wall of the building to perform various functions of splendid decorations, protection against heat, and waterproof functions; to improve a convenience in remodeling or maintenance of the building; and to make it possible to reuse the materials. To achieve this purpose, the assembly of the present invention, in a construction structure of the exterior finishing materials on a building wherein an installation frame in a shape of a lattice on a front surface is formed to keep a certain interval on a side wall of the building, and an external wall surface of the roof and an exterior finishing materials combined with the installation frame; comprises: a fixed bracket fixated and combined with the external wall surface of the building; a connecting member installed in between the fixed bracket and the installation frame to have an interval control unit to control an interval between the exterior finishing materials and the external wall surface on one side of being combined with the fixed bracket; and a combining member combined with an end of an opposite side of the end of the side of the connecting member combined with the fixed bracket.
본 발명은, 건축물의 지붕이나 외벽에 설치되어 건축물 외관의 수려한 장식과 방열, 방수 등의 다양한 기능을 수행하기 위한 외장 마감재를 보다 편리하게 시공할 수 있도록 하며, 건축물의 리모델링이나 유지보수할 때의 작업 편의성 및 자재를 재사용할 수 있도록 한 건축물의 외장 마감재 시공 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 건축물의 측벽과 지붕의 외벽면에 일정 간격을 유지하며 정면상 격자형태의 설치프레임이 형성되고, 상기 설치프레임에 외장 마감재를 결합하여서 된 건축물의 외장 마감재 시공구조에 있어서, 건축물 외벽면에 고정결합되는 고정브래킷과; 상기 고정브래킷과 설치프레임의 사이에 설치되어 고정브래킷과 결합되는 일측에 외장 마감재와 외벽면의 간격을 조절하기 위한 간격조절부가 형성된 연결부재와; 상기 고정브래킷과 결합된 연결부재 측단의 반대측단에 결합되어 설치프레임이 장착되도록 한 결합부재;를 포함하여 구성된다.
